One of my first assignments at AppDirect was to design a t-shirt that celebrated the launch of a marketplace that we had enabled for our newest client. There were only a few AppDirect employees at the time, so I don't think I ran more than a couple dozen pieces of that design. Nowadays, we're more likely to print something upwards of 500 when we send a new design off to print.
Since then, I've illustrated and designed a bunch more, but I never get tired of seeing somebody wearing and enjoying one of my designs.
